A 19-year-old Georgia healthcare worker is accused of recording herself “twerking” above disabled patients in videos shared to social media.
Loganville Police Chief M.D. Lowry said in a news release Tuesday that police were made aware Jan. 23 of a viral TikTok video “depicting a female dancing in a provocative manner above a disabled person, who was seated in a chair.”
The woman is wearing navy blue medical scrubs and a stethoscope.
Police launched a criminal investigation that led to the arrest of Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan of Loganville. She faces a felony count of exploitation of a disabled person.
Lowry said the accused was working as an in-home adult daycare employee when the videos were recorded.
“I was appalled and disgusted that anyone would create such a video featuring a disabled person,” Lowry told USA Today.
“As police officers, our highest duty is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and my detectives worked as swiftly as possible to bring charges in this incident.”
Lowry added that the business she worked for and its licensing is part of the investigation.

A second video has also surfaced of the same woman dancing on top of a shirtless man sitting in a bathtub.
“Our detectives are working with several other jurisdictions to determine the location the second video was filmed,” Lowry said. “At this time, we cannot say with certainty that the video was filmed in our jurisdiction, but the investigation is ongoing.”
He said once the location is determined, additional charges are “certainly possible.”
