A Co Down school was evacuated on Thursday following a chemical spillage.
It happened at Glastry College on the Victoria Road in Ballyhalbert.
The Northern Ireland Fire Service sent three appliances to the scene as firefighters were called to reports of spilt ammonia at 11.39am.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus contained the substance and removed it from the premises.
The NIFRS said the building was ventilated and all gas readings were normal.
The incident was dealt with by 1.22pm.
A message from the school to parents and guardians advised that as a “precaution we are asking parents to collect pupils from school”.
“Pupils who cannot be collected will be supervised in our College Canteen which has been deemed a safe area.”
