William Nylander is cooking on the ice this season, but now he wants to show off his skills in the kitchen.

The Maple Leafs star announced on X that he’s teaming with Oreo to launch the Willy Good Cake Shop at Union Station.

The post led off with: “Willy Nylander has soft hands and off the ice he loves soft cakes. That’s why he’s opened Willy Good Cake Shop in Union Station — to share all-new @Oreo Cakesters with Leafs Nation! Drop by before January 31st to experience Oreo’s soft side.”

The X video shows Nylander wearing his Maple Leafs jersey and stick-handling with a ball through what looks like Union Station. It then shows him loading boxes of cookies onto a delivery truck.

Nylander then says, “I’ve been getting more and more into baked goods, so I thought I’d open my own cake shop.” He is then asked, “What kind of cakes?” His reply: “Willy Good ones.”

As the video progresses, Nylander smiles while wearing a fine-looking blue apron with his picture on it and stacking shelves with Oreo Cakester cookie boxes. He then hands out some of the cookies to customers and jokes, “Oh, this one I made myself.”

Nylander is no stranger to putting his brand out there. He has worked with Rogers to promote their products while riding the TTC. He also teamed with Toronto Sceptres forward Sarah Nurse for a PlayStation commercial and was featured on the Amazon Prime show Faceoff: Inside the NHL.
