An appeal has been launched to find the driver of a white SUV after a fatal crash in Cheltenham. Investigating officers from Gloucestershire Police believe the witness could have key information on the collision which happened on the A40 on Sunday (January 26).
The crash took place at the Benhall Roundabout at around 12.40am and involved a white Porsche. Theo Welsh, aged 36, died at the scene.
Four people have since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The four, who were in separate vehicles to the Porsche, have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Police are now appealing to find the driver of a white SUV who was heading towards GCHQ on the A40 Gloucester Road at the time of the crash. The SUV was reportedly overtaken by a small, dark coloured car.

The force added: “If you are the driver of the white SUV or have any other information relating to the collision, call police on 101 or fill in the following form quoting incident 18 of 26 January”
