Superdrug customers are in for a treat as shoppers can nab a “long-lasting” DKNY perfume for almost 50% off. Superdrug is selling DKNY’s Golden Delicious Eau de Parfum 50ml for £33 instead of £62. The 46% discount is sure to entice fans who are convinced the “luxury” fragrance is “worth the money” and love the floral scent.

For comparison, Boots sells the 50ml bottle for £37, while Savers offers the smaller 30ml version for only £16.99. The fragrance comes in a distinctive bottle that will be instantly recognisable to perfume fans.

The scent seems to hit the right note with consumers too, amassing an impressive average score of 4.7 out of 5 on Superdrug’s own site, with a staggering 93% of reviewers recommending it to a friend.

One satisfied buyer shared: “I always wear ‘good’ perfumes but this is the only one that people have commented on (…) I might add that this perfume costs less than all my others and is such good value when it is on offer.” Another customer commented: “Worth the money, smells so nice… stays on for the whole day,” and a third added: “Such a light clean smell. Always complimented when wearing,” reports the Mirror.

Additional praise comes from someone who wrote: “Long lasting and fantastic value. I can always tell when my daughter has sprayed this in the house. She’s had lots of compliments at uni. So this is a second purchase. Can’t wait to buy myself some,” and yet another fan stated: “I love this. It smells absolutely phenomenal. Would 100% recommend!”

However, some shoppers were less than impressed with the perfume. One reviewer noted: “Love the smell but find it doesn’t last like other premium fragrances I have bought- disappointing.” Echoing the point, another suggested: “It smells nice and light which I really like but after an hour or maybe just minutes, the scent is gone.”

Meanwhile, a different reviewer said: “Given its bases, perfume is too light – the lovely smell evaporates quite shortly after the initial application. However, still a nice fresh perfume for the summer.”

Boots also offers Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 59 Perfume Mist 90ml for £24, Ted Baker Peony & Camellia Body Spray 50m l for £4, and Soap & Glory Call of Fruity Body Mist 110ml for £5.99.
