The 37-year-old man was first arrested and charged Sept. 10 after it was reported to police in August that two women at the shelter were sexually assaulted.
The man was then released with conditions, including to not contact or communicate with any of the complainants; not possess any weapons, firearms or ammunition; and not be within 50 meters of any women’s shelter in Alberta, police said in a Friday news release.
Then earlier this month, two additional females came forward and reported similar August incidents involving the same man at the same shelter.
On Thursday the man was again arrested and now faces two additional charges of criminal harassment and sexual assault.
As there are now multiple reports related to separate events on different days, investigators believe there may be additional complainants.
As part of the ongoing investigation, police have released a photo of Mika Katz, who also goes by the name of Michael Collins.
Anyone who needs to speak to police about the case can contact them at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
