World-famous YouTuber MrBeast’s burger brand is now available in Northern Ireland for the first time, with even more openings to come.
MrBeast Burger, the creation of American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson – known as MrBeast – has started trading from a Centra and Go Petrol Station outside Banbridge.
And according to the MrBeast Burger website, more outlets are to follow in Belfast, Lisburn, Newry and Derry.
There are already 12 MrBeast Burgers dotted around the Republic, with seven others to follow south of the border.
The brand is known for its distinctly colourful packaging, branding, uniforms and signage.
Cool FM DJ Stuart Robinson posted a video on social media yesterday to the Banbridge Centra to sample MrBeast’s burgers.
He described his chicken burger and Beast-style fries as “excellent stuff.. worth a trip to a random roadside petrol station,” awarding the fast-food feast 11 out of 10.
At 26, Donaldson is the biggest individual YouTuber in the world. In 2020, he partnered with Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC) in 2020 to launch MrBeast Burger out of “ghost kitchens” that prepare food for delivery services.
He has built up a YouTube following of 347 million followers through posting of videos of challenges and gifts.
A tech firm spun out of Irish ghost kitchen company Hosted, called OME, rolled out the brand to restaurants in the Republic.
