Beauty enthusiasts can get more than £85 worth of premium makeup and skincare products for free thanks to a new beauty box deal. High street favourite Boots has released their hotly-anticipated Valentine’s Day edit, which features big name brands like Elemis, Pixi, and Nars,
Priced at £27, the collection is worth £115.50 and includes six items spanning makeup, fragrance, and skincare. Three of the products are full-sized, allowing customers to save a total of £88.50 compared to purchasing them separately.
Designed to ‘pamper, uplift, and illuminate’, the edit makes for an ideal gift this February 14 – though we won’t blame you if you decide to keep it for yourself. The edit was released in Tuesday, January 21, and based on previous beauty boxes from the retailer, it’s expected to sell out quickly.

One standout item in the box is the travel-sized Elemis Pro Collagen Rose Marine Cream, valued at £37 on its own. This popular anti-ageing cream, launched to mark the 20th anniversary of the original Pro Collagen Marine Cream, has been equally well-received by skincare aficionados, as evidenced by its near-perfect 4.8-star rating on the Boots website.
The potent moisturiser retains its well-known rich texture, anti-ageing prowess, and the key ingredient Padina Pavonica extract, now enhanced with a calming rose aroma. Elemis themselves have noted that the sophisticated blend has been ‘clinically proven to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles in 2 weeks,’ also asserting it bolsters firmness and skin elasticity.
One shopper said: “Love the way the creams feel on my face, I am 74 and people think I’m in my sixties I’ll take that lol if you don’t use their products try them you won’t regret it.” However, some have been put off by the rose fragrance, commenting: “Not as nice as the original, scent too strong for face.”
Though another added: “I thought I had tried some of the best creams on the market but this one is definitely in a league of its own. It feels amazing and I only used it for the first time this morning.”
It’s not the only impressive inclusion, though. Skincare fans will be thrilled to see the Pixi Vitamin-C Tonic, which is worth £18. For makeup enthusiasts, there’s an Iconic London Sheer Blush in shade Rose Riot and NYX Professional Makeup Butter Gloss Bling Lip Gloss, though some might be disappointed at the doubling up of blushers, with there also being a NARS Blush 1.2G mini featured.
Rounding off the edit is a mini 10ml bottle of Ghost Deep Night Eau De Toilette. The popular fragrance features notes of Indian rose and peach alongside vanilla orchid and a woody base, which earns wearers many a compliment.

Coming in at £50, it’s pricier than Boots’ edit, but it does save £145, with one product being worth more than the price you pay for the entire edit.
