Kim Kardashian has sparked the ire of a left-wing mob after sharing a snap of first lady Melania Trump attending her husband Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.
The 44-year-old reality star faced a torrent of abusive posts and accusations of exposing her political leanings.
Monday saw the completion of Donald Trump’s stunning political comeback as the 45th president was sworn in as the 47th.
Also during the event, millions who watched around the world were captivated by the 54-year-old Slovenian First Lady’s outfit.
For the ceremony, she wore a navy-blue Adam Lippes coat and a striking custom-made hat by Eric Javits.
On the day, Kardashian shared an image of the first lady’s much-discussed outfit in her Instagram story.

The simple post, which showed Melania stepping out of a presidential limousine, did not add any commentary or other context – political or otherwise.
Regardless of her intent, the story sparked a furious reaction from woke social media users branding her “on the wrong side of history” in a tidal wave of cruel comments.
“F**k Kim Kardashian,” one wrote in response to her seemingly innocuous Instagram update.
Another asked: “Why does Kim Kardashian always have to remind us she’s a piece of f*****g s**t,”

“Y’all know I’ve supported @KimKardashian for so long… but this is so f*****g disappointing. I’ve unfollowed her from everything,” a third raged.
“Kim Kardashian being a trumpie is not shocking but insanely disappointing and disgusting,” a fourth fumed.
Similarly to that commenter, others claimed Kardashian’s story exposed her political leanings even though she didnot attend the inauguration nor endorse a candidate for the 2024 presidential election.
“Kim Kardashian finally admitted who she voted for,” another wrote with venom.
A second demanded: “Please stop supporting Kim Kardashian bc she just confirmed that she voted for tr*mp by posting his wife.” (sic)
Amid the volcanic reaction, others rushed to the defence of the 44-year-old model and reality TV star.
