Reality television star Gemma Collins has blow fans away after sharing her latest transformation on social media. The 43-year-old showed off a new haircut to her followers, after ditching the extensions and going for a short bob.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘It’s so amazing to have my own hair again. THANK YOU to @edwardtaylorhair you are always a hair GENIUS’. In another post showing off her short hair, Collins wrote: “Your life is a story of transition…”
Famous faces shared their love for the new look in the comment section, including former TOWIE cast members and other reality TV stars. Collins’ new posts showing her style shift have gained almost 60,000 likes and thousands of comments combined.
A new haircut isn’t the only change in the star’s appearance. She recently shared with her an update on her weight loss journey, praising a company called Yazen during a paid partnership.
Collins began taking medication – listed on Yazen’s website as GLP-1 weight loss injections – because it allows her to “finally be able to live my best life and just be free from all that upset and stress and turmoil that comes with constantly trying to lose excess weight.”
The reality star stunned her over two million followers with the reveal, saying it has “changed my life”, telling her fans: “If you, like me, have done every diet your whole life, I’ve got to 43 and I’ve finally found something that I actually lost weight on.”
She added: “It has absolutely changed my life. I’ve been working with Yazen – the digital healthcare provider – to manage my weight responsibly over the last two months. I feel healthier, I feel happier. I don’t have that constant noise in my head ‘you need to eat. You need to eat.'”
