An “absolutely gorgeous” quarter-zip fleece from George at Asda is proving to be a hit with shoppers after it was featured on Instagram. George, known for its varied collection and affordable prices, has become a fashion favourite for many people, not least because you can shop for clothes while getting your groceries.
Like many other clothing brands, George often showcases its latest offerings on social media. And this week a range of its fleece-lined jumpers were spotlighted in a video post, all priced £20 or under.
The £18 Cream Borg Fleece Quarter Zip Jumper, in particular, is quickly selling out online. The item caught attention when fashion influencer @kirstyannemarr introduced her followers to four different styles from George’s collection.
George fans have been quick to comment, as one wrote: “Oh who doesn’t love a warm fleece”. Another said: “Deliberately sized up and so glad I did! Perfect for this time of year” and a third added: “These are gorgeous and they look so comfy too”.
The coveted Cream Borg Fleece Quarter Zip Jumper has a high-ribbed funnel neck, cuffed long sleeves, quarter-zip fastening, and comes complete with a zip chest pocket. The cosy piece, lined with fleece and crafted from soft Borg fabric, also has two side slip pockets.
