One person has been taken to hospital following a crash between a car and a motorcyclist in west Belfast.
Emergency services were called to the incident around 6.21pm on Sunday.
An NI Ambulance Service (NIAS) spokesperson said: “The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 6.21pm on Sunday January 19, following reports of a RTC involving a motorcycle and a car on Andersonstown Road in Belfast.
“NIAS despatched a Rapid Response Paramedic and one Emergency Crew to the scene.
“Ambulance Control also tasked the HEMS crew to attend by response car.
“Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital.”
Police had earlier closed the Andersonstown Road at the junction with Owenvarragh Park.
The road has now reopened.
