River Island shoppers “love” a chic £28 bag that bears a striking resemblance to a £375 Coach bag. The Blue Denim Mini Cross Body Bowler Bag from River Island caught the attention of fashion fans after @Yewande_idris1 showcased it on TikTok.
The content creator highlighted several eye-catching accessories in a video that has been viewed over 100,000 times. Clearly impressed, Yewande said: “@River Island is doing a big one on this. Just take my money.”
The Blue Denim Mini Cross Body Bowler Bag, featured at the start of the video, was a particular hit with viewers, reports the Mirror. One commenter replied: “Omg, I need.” A second agreed: “Wow, it’s a need” A different viewer wrote: “Deffo going check tomorrow. I want the denim.” While another asked: “Omg lush, how much?
One River Island employee admitted: “As a worker there, I’m tempted to buy everythinggg,” and a shopper shared: “I brought my four year old the little denim one she adores it.”

However, there are several similarities. So it’s easy to see why the budget-friendly option from River Island is a hit with fans of the monogram look.
