Paul Danan’s ex-girlfriend Lady Isabella Hervey had paid tribute to the actor, who died on Thursday at just 46.

The former Hollyoaks star met the socialite when they featured in Celebrity Love Island 20 years ago, and despite their relationship being short-lived in the end, the 42-year-old paid a sweet tribute to the late actor.

Taking to Instagram, Hervey shared a couple of snaps of herself and Danan during their stint on the show alongside a heartfelt caption.

She began: “Pauly…. I don’t know what to tell you as I’m still in utter shock your gone.” (sic)

The tribute continued: “You were the kindest/ biggest hearted person/ so thoughtful/ always making me laugh when I was going through tough times over these two years.

“In fact you worried a lot about me and meanwhile you were in pain.
