Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service are currently dealing with an incident at commercial premises at Craigmore Road, Coleraine.
At 2:15am on Friday morning, there were 67 firefighters in attendance along with eight pumping appliances, two aerial appliances, two water tankers and a command support unit.
Operations are ongoing in the area.
