Cristiano Ronaldo would reportedly ‘roll his eyes’ whenever Harry Maguire spoke to the team during their time at Manchester United together.
Ronaldo sealed a Hollywood homecoming to Old Trafford back in the summer of 2021, having previously looked set to join Manchester City.
He added to his legacy at United by netting 27 more goals for the club, with a stunning hat-trick against Tottenham particularly memorable.
However, Ronaldo left the fallen giants in the winter of 2022 after blasting his employers in a controversial interview.

The veteran, who currently plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, criticised the drop in standards at United since his first spell there under Sir Alex Ferguson.
It was repeatedly reported at the time that Ronaldo wasn’t the biggest fan of Maguire, who was club captain.
And The Telegraph have now claimed the 39-year-old would often ‘roll his eyes’ when Maguire provided team talks.
The England defender, who joined United himself in 2019, ended up losing the captaincy to Bruno Fernandes at the start of the 2023/24 season.

But while Maguire has often struggled for consistency, the former Leicester and Hull defender has impressed in recent matches.
The centre-back flourished on Sunday as United sent Arsenal crashing out of the FA Cup with a shock victory at the Emirates Stadium.
Maguire was even given a standing ovation by United fans, with the stalwart impressing alongside fellow defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez.
The United star was recently asked about new manager Ruben Amorim, who has started to turn things around.

After a shaky start, the Red Devils have drawn with Liverpool and beaten Arsenal over the past two weeks.
And Maguire is enjoying his resurgence under Amorim, who he claims is ‘really demanding’ behind the scenes.
“Yeah, he (Amorim) is really demanding,” said the 31-year-old.
“Ruben said to me that when it came across to him that I had an option (to extend my contract), that it was a no brainer.
