Newly released bodycam footage shows the arrest of an Ohio teen convicted of intentionally crashing her car into a wall at 161 km/h, killing her boyfriend and his friend.

Mackenzie Shirilla, now 19, who was called a “literal hell on wheels” by a Cuyahoga County Commons Pleas judge, was found guilty of a slew of charges including four counts of murder relating to the deaths of her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and his friend, Davion Flanagan in July 2022.

The then-17-year-old was accused by prosecutors of careening her Toyota Camry into the brick wall of a business in Strongsville, Ohio, in the early morning hours of July 22, 2022, to end her turbulent relationship with Russo.

Flanagan just happened to be there for the ride.

In the video released by the Strongsville Police Department, a cop can be heard asking a handcuffed and tearful Shirilla to step out of a police SUV.

“Hi Mackenzie, step out for me,” the officer can be heard telling Shirilla.

“I’m the one who’s been investigating the crash,” he continued. “You’re under arrest for aggravated murder, times two.”

He added: “Nobody’s going to ask you any questions, nobody’s going to bother you.”

Bizarrely, the only thing a tearful Shirilla asks is for the officer to watch out for her bracelet.

“Could you please be careful taking this one off so it doesn’t break the bracelet, please?” Shirilla asked of the handcuff.

“You got it, you got it,” the officer responded as he adjusted the cuffs.

“I’m not going to tighten these, OK? I don’t want to hurt you.”

The teen thanked the cop before he put her in another patrol car, where she appeared to close her eyes during the drive to the station.

Shirilla was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison in 2023 after a prosecutor blasted her for her “shocking lack of remorse.”

However, the judge ordered that the two terms be served at the same time instead of consecutively so she will be eligible for parole in 15 years, not 30.

Russo and Flanagan were pronounced dead at the scene, while Shirilla was unconscious and had to be extracted from the totalled car.

During the investigation, authorities learned that the three had allegedly been smoking marijuana at a friend’s home before Shirilla got behind the wheel, Cleveland.com reported.

“The intent was obvious upon seeing that video that there was only one goal, and the computer demonstrated that there was no attempt to slow down or stop — that it was full speed into a building and tragically it cost two people their lives,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley said after the verdict, according to WKYC.

“There is no doubt that this happened because of the relationship with Dominic and the defendant’s intent was clearly to end that, and she took everybody that was in the car with her.”
