Emergency services are at the scene of ongoing incident in Downpatrick on Monday morning.
It is understood both the PSNI and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service were called to the incident in The Grove Shopping Centre on Market Street in the town.
A police spokesperson said the incident related to a concern for safety.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service have been contacted.
