Bill Maher knows what he likes in a woman and he doesn’t care what anyone thinks of it.

The Real Time with Bill Maher host spoke up about age gaps in relationship and revealed what he believes is the “appropriate age” for a romantic partner.

Maher was a guest on Wednesday’s episode of the Fly on the Wall podcast hosted by Dana Carvey and David Spade when the topic turned to relationships and dating.

Both Maher and Spade have never been married, which came up near the end of the show when Spade compared his visit to Maher’s Club Random podcast to The Bachelor.

The former Politically Incorrect host joked that he and Spade were “the last two bachelors” before pitching an idea for a reality show for the pair to star in.

“I think a great show would be one of us — mostly, probably, me — doing The Golden Bachelor, but like our real lives, not with an age-appropriate woman because that’s boring,” Maher said.

“Because you know what the appropriate age for a relationship is? One that works.”

He added: “Don’t you think that would be a great show? But with women that David and I are attracted to. And that doesn’t make us bad people.”

The three men then listed off some celebrities in relationships with large age gaps including Bill Belichick, Cher and Madonna.

(The former New England Patriots head coach, 72, has been with former cheerleader Jordon Hudson, 24, since 2022; the 78-year-old “Believe” singer and music producer Alexander “AE” Edwards, 38, were first linked in 2022; and the 66-year-old queen of pop’s latest boyfriend is 28-year-old soccer player Akeem Morris.)

But Maher slammed the difference between genders.

“When [women] do it, it’s empowering. When men do it, we’re perverts,” Maher remarked.

Maher’s comments come months after he was seen out with Al Pacino’s ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah.

Pacino, 84, and Alfallah, 30, welcomed their son in June 2023, but their relationship status became unclear when the Oscar winner clarified to People that he wasn’t in a relationship but, rather, “I have friendship.”

A rep for Pacino added: “Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman.”

Maher previously admitted his dating choices aren’t age-appropriate — and he doesn’t care what anyone thinks.

“The people who are pissed off at that, f— you,” he said on the Him & Her podcast last October.

“You do you, I do me,” he continued. “You do what works for you.”
