A 43-year-old man has appeared at Salisbury Crown Court charged with sexually penetrating a Shetland pony at a Wiltshire farm.
Damion Ogeare faces two charges: one count of sexual penetration with a living animal and one count of recklessly trespassing on premises with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence.
The defendant appeared in court this week where he was due to enter a plea.
However, the court was instead adjourned for as long as seven weeks.
