Piera said: “Ok, so serious question, but would you believe me if I told you that if you added cottage cheese, roasted red peppers, some chilli, garlic, a full tin of chopped tomatoes and some fresh basil into a blender, and blitzed it up until it was nice and smooth then heated it up in a saucepan on a low heat, whilst continuously stirring it, then you my friend would be able to make the most unbelievable, creamy tomato soup, which is over 20g of protein per serving, and is only 201 calories?”
