Coldplay, the band behind smash hits like Yellow, Viva la Vida and Fix You, are gearing up for a massive tour this year, promising fans a series of unforgettable performances. With this in mind, we’ve been hunting down the cheapest Coldplay tickets on major resale sites. All prices are correct at the time of writing but may increase.
West Country-born Chris Martin and his fellow bandmates are set to take the stage at Wembley Stadium in London and Hull’s Craven Park Stadium this summer as part of the Music of the Spheres World Tour. An estimated million fans are predicted to turn out to see Coldplay in August and September.
Despite a large number of tickets being released, they were quickly snapped up, but don’t despair if you still want to catch the band live in 2025. There are ticket resale sites that can come to your rescue, albeit with a word of caution.
Fans who missed out on the initial release are now turning to resale websites like Viagogo, Vivid Seats and StubHub to try and secure a ticket. These platforms allow fans to buy and sell tickets at their leisure, offering them the chance to secure their ideal seats, whether that’s front-standing or back row.
At present, there are Coldplay tickets available for both their Hull and London dates but supply is limited and dwindling by the day so fans need to act fast to avoid missing out. However, as prices are set by fans, they may be significantly higher than expected, reports Devon Live.
Resale platforms like Viagogo and Vivid Seats offer fans the opportunity to purchase tickets sold by others. Event promoters, however, often take a stand against resale, warning that tickets initially sold should not be exchanged again and are likely to be invalid at the venue.
Those with tickets from such sites are urged to review the terms and conditions from original vendors like Ticketmaster or Live Nation to avoid any hitches at live events, with second-hand buys potentially leading to voided tickets. However, Viagogo has come forward to assure its users, stating: “Viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee.”
