Several sets of roadworks will begin this week as the first weekend of 2025 has drawn to a close. Across Bristol and the outskirts of the city in North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, several short schemes will take place across the next few days to repair roads or let necessary work take place.
Some of these roadworks are only estimated to take a few hours to complete, whilst one new project could take more than two months before the road reopens. Each set of roadworks will take place at different times, such as at night.
We have rounded up some of the roadworks projects that will begin this week across the region.
