Gregg Wallace had hosted the popular show since its inception in 2015 butlast appeared for its eighth season last year.
The Times reported that Wallace left the show after being accused of making rude comments towards members of staff while touring the Nestlé UK factory in York.
The former MasterChef presenter later stepped down from his role on the flagship BBC cooking show after several accusations of sexually inappropriate behaviour were made against him.
Allegations were issued from both high-profile celebrity guests, including Kirsty Wark and Kirstie Allsopp, and staff.
Wallace’s lawyers have previously strenuously denied any wrongdoing, saying: “It is entirely false that he (Wallace) engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature.”
Despite the denials, the former greengrocer has “quietly conceded” has time at MasterChef is over.
