The Traitors is back, with more deception and secrets than ever. With 25 new faces and the iconic Claudia Winkleman returning to the show as the host, it’s shaping up to be an incredible few weeks of television.

For those who have not watched The Traitors before, its a psychological game show where the group of players must work out who amongst them are the traitors, in order to win prize money of up to £120,000. But if even one traitor remains, they take home all the prize money.

Aside from the addictive format and suspenseful twists, the beautiful scenery of the show is another aspect that makes the show a must-watch.

Whilst filming the first series, host Claudia Winkleman said: “I have never been anywhere more beautiful than the Scottish highlands in my life. On day two, we saw a double rainbow and everyone was like oh my gosh, and the crew were crying, there were baby deer, there was beautiful heather, there were ancient trees, and an ancient loch… But it’s just the most beautiful landscape.”

But where is The Traitors filmed in Scotland? Filming takes place north of Inverness, predominantly in Andross Castle, a stunning estate which features over 100 acres of land.

It’s so beautiful that many fans of the show have asked whether they themselves can stay or visit the castle to live out their Traitors dreams. But unfortunately, it is not possible to rent individual rooms or visit the castle.

However, for those true super fans, you can in fact hire the venue for your wedding (or corporate and private events). Anyone wanting to book the estate can contact the business directly through their site. Or, if you want the full ‘Traitors’ experience, you can apply to take part in the next season.
