A man has been charged in connection with a road crash that claimed the lives of two men.
Peter Devlin, 63, and his son Loughlin, 28 – who were both from the Tynan area of Co Armagh – died in the accident on the Killylea Road on December 27.
A joint funeral Mass took place in the Church of St Joseph, Tynan, on Wednesday.
A woman also sustained serious injuries and remains in a critical condition.
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit have now charged a man to court.
The man, aged 32, has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, and one count of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday 3 January.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
