The Traitors was back on Thursday for the second episode of the third series, with more of its usual drama and tears.
The episode picked up where it left off, with a tense roundtable which eventually saw the group banishing Nathan, who was a faithful.
Moments later, the traitors gathered to decide who would be murdered, and landed on 65-year-old window cleaner Keith.
In the second roundtable, faithful Elen was eliminated by the group, who found her to be suspicious.
However, fans watching from home were still scratching their heads by contestant Charlotte, who revealed in the first episode she was faking her Welsh accent to appear more “trustworthy”.
Her tactic hasn’t appeared to be successful, with genuine Welsh contestant Elen banished. Furthermore, many expressed their suspicions about Charlotte herself.

She became emotional during the episode when her fellow faithfuls admitted she was on their radar.
As she got upset, she assured the contestants “I’m just trying to be myself.”
However, her game playing was once again criticised by fans of the show, who branded her tactic “unnecessary”.
Taking to X, many argued there was no point in the false accent, with one writing: “Fake welshie : I’m trying to be myself #TheTraitors.”

Another echoed this, sharing: “‘I’m trying to be myself’ except Welsh, for some reason. #thetraitors.”
“#TheTraitors Charlotte; absolute car crash. You’re on your way out, boyo!” another penned.
“Obsessed with Charlotte thinking having a welsh accent makes her more trustworthy. I need to know how her brain works because I’m obsessed with her #TheTraitors,” another shared.
A different viewer added: “It’s not very nice not being believed said the women with the fake Welsh accent #TheTraitors,
“Charlotte needs to get banished so she can drop the mic with ‘I’m not a traitor… but I am from London’ #TheTraitors,” another commented.
However, some applauded the decision, with one posting: “Charlotte is hilarious I’m actually obsessed with her #TheTraitors.”
“That Welsh accent thing is so weird and unnecessary. I love it. #thetraitors,” another wrote. (sic)
Suspicion on the faithfuls made life easier for traitors Armani, Linda and Minah, however tensions began to flare as the trio discussed their differing techniques.

Meanwhile, Wednesday’s debut episode of the series saw some backlash from viewers.
The first twist of the series came just minutes into the opening episode, with three of the contestants eliminated before the series had even started.
As the contestants’ train came to a sudden stop on the journey to their Scottish castle, Winkleman announced: “As a welcome, I am gifting you £10,000 right now to start your prize pot but as you know in this game everything comes at a prize. Listen very carefully to what I am about to say.
“Right now there are 25 passengers on this train but there are only 22 spaces in the game so for three of you the journey is now over.
“One person from each carriage will have to disembark from the train before the game can start, it is up to you that will be.”
