I call it a popcorn brain, where a lot of ideas pop up and creativity flows freely. It only becomes difficult when you can’t control all those thoughts; that they take over your brain like a pinball machine. The ball shoots in all directions, hundreds of sounds and lights go off at the same time. Then it becomes a mental racket.
