• Liberty Walk’s body kits tend to err on the wild side—and their latest is no exception
  • The catch is it’s wrapped around a rare Lamborghini Miura, and gives the classic supercar a whole new vibe
  • The in-person reveal happens January 10 at the Tokyo Auto Salon

Liberty Walk’s reputation for audacious modifications precedes them. So, when the Japanese automotive tuning outfit got hold of a rare, iconic Lamborghini Miura, breath was bated—the results were bound to be dramatic. Now LW’s released some images ahead of the car’s full reveal early next month, and it seems, at least on that count, that they fully delivered.

In stock form, the Lamborghini Miura is often considered one of the most elegant supercars of all time, with a profile defined by subtle curves and smooth, flowing lines. That did not stop Liberty Walk from totally transforming the Miura’s looks with one of its signature body-kit designs.

The reborn Miura, officially known as the LB-Silhouette Works GT Lamborghini Miura, boasts an impressive array of spoilers, flicks, dive planes, and louvres that place it in a class of its own. The brand-new kit officially debuts at the 2025 Tokyo Auto Salon, slated for January 10. However, these official renderings give us a pretty clear picture of what to expect.

The stock Miura sits only 41.5 inches off the ground, but Liberty Walk has dropped the car even lower. That’s not all. The body kit makes the car longer, thanks to the addition of a front splitter; and broader, with new flared fenders over the wheel arches. It is impossible to miss the massive wing sprouting from the rear bumper and arching over the top of the car. It is worth noting that Liberty Walk has retained the eyelashes over the headlamps, one of the Miura’s most defining design elements.

Details are scarce at this point, but it is unlikely there are any engine upgrades, as Liberty Walk mainly focuses on the exterior. The stock Lamborghini Miura is powered by a 4.0-litre V12 that made 345 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque in its base form.

Miura owners daring enough to embrace this new look will be able to order the kit when it goes on sale next year, though there’s no word on pricing yet.
