There is good news for pastry fans across Bristol. Two more bakeries are set to open up in the city with one earmarked to open early next year.
GAIL’s bakery which sells artisan sourdough breads, pastries, sandwiches, and cakes, has a shop already in Clifton Village. However it has been announced it the GAIL’s website about the new bakery opening in College Green in February 2025.
Not only is GAIL’s opening a second shop next year which has been confirmed, there is a whisper another GAIL’s bakery is going to open in Whiteladies Road.
It has not been confirmed on the website the GAIL’s bakery is set to open in Whiteladies Road. However the giveaway signs are there with the GAIL’s bakery window poster saying ‘we’ll be baking here soon’ where the Little Dobbies shop used to be.
