The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has confirmed “no one was taken from the scene” of a serious Co Tyrone crash this morning.

Police confirmed officers have closed the Moylagh Road in the village of Beragh in both directions following the collision.

A spokesperson from NIAS said: “The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 07:56 on Monday, 23rd December 2024 following reports of an RTC on the Moylagh Road area, Beragh.

“NIAS despatched 1 Emergency Ambulance, a Rapid Response Paramedic were tasked to the incident.

“No one was taken from the scene.”

A PSNI spokesperson added: “Diversions are in place at Main Street, Beragh and at the junction of the Moylagh Road and the Curr Road.”

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has been contacted.
