A woman aged in her 20s has died following hit-and-run incident in Co Limerick.
The incident took place at the entrance to a private property in Rathkeale at around 12.15pm on Saturday.
The woman, a pedestrian, was taken to University Hospital Limerick, where she later died.
Gardai said a silver Ford Transit van failed to remain at the scene and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Any road users or pedestrians who may have camera footage, including dash-cam footage, and were in the area between 11.30am and 1pm are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardai.
