First Bus has revealed its updated timetable for Bristol buses over the festive period, with revised schedules in place from December 23- January 3. There will be no services on Christmas Day and only Airport Flyers on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
First says buses on Monday and Tuesday (Christmas Eve) will be running according to a Saturday timetable with some services having additional morning journeys on December 23. But other services across the West of England will still be running according to their Monday-Friday timetable.

Christmas Eve (December 24)-Services will operate according to the Saturday timetable, terminating around 8pm, apart from services A1 which will operate according to the usual Mon-Fri timetable & A3 which will operate according to the Saturday timetable. If a service doesn’t usually run on a Saturday, then it will not be operating.

Christmas Day (December 25)– No service.

Boxing Day (December 26)– No service except service A1 (Airport Flyer) operating the normal Monday-Friday timetable and service A3 operating the normal Sunday timetable.

December 27-31– Services will operate according to the Saturday timetable, with some services having additional morning journeys. If a service doesn’t usually run on a Saturday, then it will not be operating. Over the weekend, buses will operate according to the usual timetable.

New Year’s Day (January 1)– No service except service A1 operating the normal Monday-Friday timetable and service A3 operating the normal Sunday timetable.

January 2 and 3 – Services will operate according to the Saturday timetable, with some services having additional morning journeys. If a service doesn’t usually run on a Saturday, then it will not be operating.

January 4– Normal service resumes.
