Following the model’s introduction last year, Lexus is expanding the trims available on its new TX three-row crossover. A series of snazzy F Sport grades will be on tap for the TX 350, bringing the total number of trims to 10, whilst the TX 350 Luxury package has been enhanced with additional standard features.
Starting with the latter, which is the trim that kicks off the TX range, Lexus will now include a kick sensor on the power rear cargo hatch, adding a degree of hands-free operation. It will also throw in a 12.3-inch multi-information display ahead of the driver plus a so-called advanced park system which helps squeeze the big SUV into tight parking spots.
A new F Sport 3 trim, new for the TX 350 powertrain, builds on that Luxury package but adds notable chassis gear such as an adaptive variable suspension, bringing a handling and comfort feature which was previously just found on the hybrid-powered TX 500h when equipped with an F Sport Performance 2 package. It’ll be relatively simple to spot this new trim on dealer lots, thanks to a number of styling cues exclusive to the F Sport family including 22-inch wheels, a unique grille, plus different front and rear bumpers.
Inside the TX 350 F Sport 3 customer will find seating for six, comprised of second-row captain’s seats, power folding third-row seats, and rear seats with both heating and ventilation. All hands will enjoy a 21-speaker Mark Levinson sound system while drivers should enjoy a panoramic view monitor, a heads-up display, and lane change assist nannies with a front cross traffic alert. A towing package can be added which brings a receiver hitch to take advantage of the SUV’s 5,000-pound towing capacity.
2025 Lexus TX Canadian pricing
Sticker prices start at $69,015 plus fees for the TX 350 Luxury trim with its newfound kit, up only fractionally from the 2024 price of $68,750 and decently in line with the added equipment. The new TX 350 F Sport 3 will be $80,644 plus about $1,150 if ya want the towing gear. Meanwhile, the hybrid powertrain kicks off with a TX 500h F Sport Performance 2 at $84,460 but runs up to the F Sport Performance 3 at $91,606 with a trailer hitch. All those numbers, including a $2,205 destination charged, are largely par for the course compared to last year.
The 2025 Lexus TX Series is now on sale at Lexus Dealers across Canada.
