Chilling new evidence has emerged in the investigation into a Hollywood producer accused of murdering two models.

According to a new podcast, Brian Pearce allegedly said: “Dead girls can’t talk.”
Pearce was allegedly referring to the shocking deaths of Christy Giles, 24, a model and aspiring actress, and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26, an architect and interior designer.
The women’s bodies were discovered dumped outside two different Los Angeles hospitals on Nov. 13, 2021.
Pearce was arrested by LAPD homicide detectives a month later and was charged in July 2022 with their murders. His trial is slated to begin early in 2025.
Now, the podcast Once Upon A Crime in Hollywood has revealed new evidence in the case — including Pearce’s flippant remark.
“Probably most crucial and damaging to Pearce, and perhaps even the reason why this case is a murder case, was a statement made by Pearce … where he said ‘dead girls can’t talk,’” lawyer Josh Ritter told the Daily Mail.
“And what that tells us is what he intended. He realized he could benefit and save himself if these girls were actually dead. Because if they survived, they could tell authorities what had taken place and he knew that would be the end of him.”
Ritter added: “So that alone pushes this case, if there was ever a doubt, from manslaughter into a murder.”
In addition, the episode of legal analyst Kelly Hymn’s podcast claims new witnesses will reveal Pearce’s dirty history of drugging and sexually assaulting women.
According to cops, on the night they were killed, Giles and Cabrales-Arzola visited an art exhibit at trendy Soho House in West Hollywood. The friends later attended a warehouse party.
At the bash, they met Pearce and his buddy Brandt Osborn.
Hours later, the women were discovered. Giles was dead and Cabrales-Arzola died a short time later.
Autopsies revealed that both women had been hammered with a lethal cocktail containing fentanyl, ketamine, cocaine, heroin, MDMA and the rape drug GHB.
The medical examiner ruled the deaths drug-induced homicides.
Now, Pearce is charged with two counts of murder along with drug charges. His buddy Osborn was hit with two counts of being an accessory after the fact.
Both men have pleaded not guilty.
Pearce was previously hit with a slew of sex assault charges against seven victims over 13 years.
Cops connected the double murder to a Toyota Prius linked to Pearce and captured on video dumping the bodies.
Osborn is reportedly an actor who appeared on NCIS and one episode of Nurse Jackie. He allegedly bragged about the wild weekend and meeting the two young women.
“He told me how they’d partied, two girls came back to their place, and the girls had a bunch of drugs,” actor David Murrietta told the New York Post, adding he said it was “the craziest weekend of my life.”
