Aldi has announced it will offer the UK’s cheapest fresh turkeys this Christmas, with prices starting from just £5.90.
The budget supermarket’s British Fresh Whole Turkey will be available nationwide from December 19 at £2.95 per kg.
For shoppers looking to get ahead, Aldi’s frozen turkeys are already available in stores, with prices starting from £2.50 per kg.
Aldi confirmed that all fresh turkeys are British-sourced and has pledged it will not be beaten on price for these offerings.

Fresh turkeys come in three sizes to suit different households
- Small (2-4.49kg) serving six to 11 people
- Medium (4.5-5.99kg) serving 11 to 14 people
- Large (6-8kg) serving 15 to 18 people
- Small (2.8kg-4kg) serving three to seven people
- Medium (4kg-5.4kg) serving seven to 11 people
- Large (5.4kg-7.2kg) serving 11 to 15 people
From December 19 to 24, Aldi customers also have the option of two kilos of white potatoes, one kilo of carrots, and 500g of parsnips for 15p each.
The promotion also includes red and white cabbages, 500g of brussels sprouts, and broccoli at the same price point.
The offering for the turkey and vegetables will be available while stocks last, allowing shoppers to complete their Christmas dinner at significant savings.
Aldi’s new release is part of several deals happening across the UK in the build-up to the festive season.
