Johnny Depp’s ex-wife, Amber Heard, is reportedly expecting her second baby, a rep tells PEOPLE.

A spokesperson for Heard, 38, tells the outlet, “It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage. Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige.”

Heard welcomed Oonagh via a surrogate on April 8, 2021.

The Aquaman actress broke the news to her Instagram followers three months after her birth, revealing her journey to motherhood had been in the works for a few years.

Alongside a photo of herself cradling the tot on her chest, she wrote, “I’m so excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms.”

Heard continued her message by saying that she hoped she could “normalize” the idea of having a child without a partner.

“I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib,” she said.

“A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business,” she continued. “I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this.”

Since welcoming her daughter, Heard has referred to herself on social media as a multitasking mama” and “just the mom and the dad.”

After losing her much-publicized defamation trial against Depp, who sued her over a 2018 op-ed in which she claimed to be a survivor of domestic abuse, in the summer of 2022, Heard packed her bags and moved to Spain.

Caught outside her home last summer, Heard said she isn’t missing Hollywood and had no plans to leave Europe.

In a video posted to TikTok, local reporters peppered the Magic Mike actress about her new life abroad. “I love Spain so much,” Heard replied in Spanish. When she was asked if she planned on staying, Heard replied, “Yes, I hope so. Yes, I love living here … I move on. That’s life.”

Post-trial, a source told PEOPLE that Heard couldn’t wait to get out of the United States, where her every move, including her hunt for bargains at a T.J. Maxx, continued to make headlines.

“She has been living in Spain, where she gets more privacy. The trial was beyond stressful for her and she just wanted to start fresh out of the country,” the source said. “She is excited about working and filming again. She was exhausted and disappointed about the trial. She felt she was mistreated.”

Meanwhile, Depp, 61, said in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter earlier this fall that he bared no ill will after her allegations of abuse saw him become a pariah in the movie industry.

“I don’t have this great reserve of hatred, because hatred requires caring. Why carry that baggage?”

Following his vindication, Depp has attempted to rebuild his Hollywood career by taking on smaller films, playing King Louis XV opposite costar and director Maiwenn in Jeanne Du Barry and directing Modi – Three Days on the Wing of Madness, with Riccardo Scamarcio in the lead and Al Pacino co-starring.

Depp went on to add that he’s come to accept that the drama that followed him during the trial will be something that he’ll always be associated with.

“On some level, it is gonna be around … It’s like O.J. or something. But hey, it just happened. That’s all,” he said.
