While it may seem daunting to switch things up, small changes can have a significant impact on your wellbeing. For instance, one fitness guru recently shared her simple tricks for incorporating more protein into her diet.

Isabelle Morris, who goes by the handle fitness4lazygirls on Instagram, revealed her top 10 tips for success, and all of which are surprisingly easy to implement. She made minor adjustments to her daily routine, leading to impressive results.

One of her first steps was to replace regular milk with Fairlife milk in her morning coffee. She also opts for banza pasta, made from chickpea flour, over traditional pasta to enhance her diet.

For breakfast, she adds yoghurt to her oats to make them more satisfying. She also incorporates fat-free cheese into her recipes, and includes cottage cheese in some of her favourite lunch dishes.

Adding cold-cut meats to your meals is another great way to increase protein, according to Isabelle, who believes that sandwiches are highly “underrated”, given the variety of fillings you can use. She also recommends including chicken and edamame beans in your meal plans for their nutritional benefits.

Cooking rice and grains in bone broth not only adds protein, but also enhances the flavour of your dishes. If you opt for stock instead of broth in soups, you’ll also see a rise in your protein intake.
