I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here continued on Tuesday, with the fourth famous face booted off the reality show.

The latest instalment saw radio DJ and TV show host Melvin Odoom become next to pack his bags from the jungle camp.

It came as the campmates had enjoyed a special night at The Jungle Arms, which saw them enjoying some drinks and a karaoke session.

However, someone still had to leave camp, and the celebrities were stunned as Odoom, 44, was confirmed to have received the fewest public votes.

In typical Odoom fashion, he made his departure in good spirits, asking hosts Ant and Dec if anyone else had been “so happy” to leave.

“The best thing about that campis the people,” he told the Geordie duo during his chat with them.

“Did you surprise yourself?” Donnelly asked, to which Odoom replied: “I have got quite a caring nature.”

Touching on the close bond the group shared, he continued: “When we were cooking, me and Danny, we served everyone else before us.

“I always wanted to make sure all the camp was OK before me.”

He was less talkative when asked about Dean McCullough, who was the second person to leave the series.

He’d caused a lot of controversy in camp for refusing to help out with camp duties, and Ant and Dec played some footage showing Odoom taking part in chores alone when McCullough was supposed to have been helping.

When asked about the radio presenter, a sheepish Odoom simply stated: “No comment.”

As the hosts laughed, he elaborated: “Dean’s my boy so I don’t want to throw him to the wolves.”

There was one campmate he had only good things to say about though as he paid a sweet tribute to former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse.

As the presenters touched on his close friendship with the dancer, Odoom beamed: “She’s like my sister.”

He continued: “She has my back at all times. She reminds me of my sister, who I’m really close to.

“Oti is super funny and super positive as well at all times, she’s a great person to be in camp with.”

It follows Monday’s shock exit as Tulisa Contostavlos was voted off the show.

As she made her exit, she joked: “Someone get me pizza!”

When the presenters asked how she was feeling, she admitted: “Good, I’m not going to lie it is tough in there, so leaving is a happy thing.”

Donnelly pointed out the rapper had dispensed a lot of advice to her campmates during their vulnerable moments over 17 days in camp.
