The crackers contain a selection of practical and eco-conscious gifts, including a small pot of jam and a wooden honey drizzler.

Bee-saving flower seeds are also included, reflecting the King’s well-documented interest in environmental causes.

The wool twine, while perhaps unexpected in a Christmas cracker, aligns with Highgrove’s focus on traditional and sustainable items.

Buyers are promised a luxurious experience, with the estate’s marketing materials stating: “Our crackers exude sophistication and indulgence.”

The contents aim to reflect both the royal estate’s values and its premium positioning in the Christmas market.

Each cracker combines practical garden-focused items with more traditional festive luxury touches, creating a distinctly Highgrove offering.

The royal Christmas retail offerings extend well beyond the luxury crackers, with a £295 Highgrove Royal Christmas Hamper taking centre stage.

The hamper includes Laurent-Perrier champagne, described as “dry, crisp, and fruity,” alongside a bottle of dark berry Côtes du Rhône.

Traditional festive treats feature prominently, with iced Christmas cake, boozy Christmas pudding, and dark chocolate-dipped orange slices included.

In addition, the King is also offering boxes of 12 mini mince pies for £10.95.

In a notable artistic venture, Charles is selling ten copies of his painting of The Terrace Garden at £7,500 each.

The limited edition lithograph is promoted as showcasing “the King’s artistic talent and deep connection to the natural world.”

The hamper also includes organic Christmas preserve and spiced fruit chutney, alongside the Prince of Wales blend loose tea and fine bone china mugs.
