Four UK ticket-holders are yet to claim £1,000,000 prizes from last Friday’s EuroMillions European Millionaire Maker draw (Friday, November 22, 2024) which saw 100 millionaires made in one night across Europe. 26 ticket-holders in the UK each scooped £1m prizes, with 22 now having received claims.
Two of the missing EuroMillions winners bought their winning £1,000,000 tickets online, and two bought their winning £1,000,000 tickets in retail. The two retail-bought ticket-holders are now urged to check their paper tickets, either in store or scan their EuroMillions ticket via the National Lottery app, and then call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 in order to make their claim.
The two online ticket-holders are urged to check their emails and log into their National Lottery account and then call the National Lottery Line.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said, “I can’t believe that four ticket-holders out there are millionaires and they don’t even know it yet! It’s only been a week since this special draw, but 22 of these lucky UK-winning ticket-holders are already enjoying their life-changing win. We’re urging all EuroMillions players to check their paper tickets and their National Lottery accounts to see if they are one of our four our missing millionaires.
“It’s been an incredible few days for UK EuroMillions players. On top of the 26 UK millionaires made in last Friday night’s draw, Tuesday saw one very lucky UK ticket-holder scoop the entire £177m jackpot which has since been claimed. In the space of four days, EuroMillions has seen 27 winners of prizes of over £1m and the total of these prizes is just over £20m/!”
The winning EuroMillions European and UK Millionaire Maker codes from last Friday’s special EuroMillions draw are available at national-lottery.co.uk.
With all major prizes (£50,000 and above) won in retail, approximately two weeks after the draw, if no valid claim has been received, the area in which the ticket was purchased is released. T
Players can buy and check their tickets online by downloading the National Lottery app or national-lottery.co.uk. Players can also buy and check tickets in retail. Playing online via the app or website means that your ticket is checked, and you get an email notification if you win a prize. You can also scan your retail tickets on the National Lottery app to check if you’re a winner.
Once a ticket-holder has called Allwyn and a claim has been validated and paid, the ticket-holder will then decide whether or not to go public and share their news. There will be no information on whether it is an individual or syndicate winner unless the ticket holder decides to go public.
With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket. Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 or email [email protected]
