Ruben Amorim has criticised his Manchester United players after their 1-1 draw with Ipswich on Sunday.
Marcus Rashford put the Red Devils ahead just two minutes into the clash at Portman Road, with the 27-year-old finishing expertly after a good cross from Amad Diallo.
But Ipswich performed well throughout the showdown and secured a draw courtesy of a deflected effort from Omari Hutchinson before half time.
Amorim seemed to go through every emotion during his first match in charge, with the 39-year-old cutting an animated figure on the touchline.

But he’s now criticised his United players, saying they were guilty of ‘thinking too much’ during the showdown.
“My players were thinking too much in the game,” he told Sky Sports.
“We had just two days altogether, we need more.
“They leave us one against one and we have to use those moments. It is a tough match, we lost some balls without pressure.
“When you start like this, you have to control the ball. We cannot do it at the moment but they really, really tried. They are really trying and they want this.
“We have two ways. We try to just win games and not risk anything and at this stage next season we will have same problems.
“We have to address the new ideas now and try and be better for the next stage.”
United are a far bigger club than Sporting Lisbon, Amorim’s old side.

And he admitted that he didn’t enjoy talking to the media so much in midweek because he’d prefer to get to work with his players instead.
“This week I spoke more [to the media] than I did in four years at Sporting,” added the Portuguese.
“I just want to work with my players. Nothing more.”
In a separate interview with Match of the Day, Amorim also confessed he was frustrated by his side’s failure to win the clash.

“You guys are so lucky because you have the best league in the world,” he continued.
“But today I don’t feel much because I just want to win games.”
The result means United are up to 12th in the Premier League table.
While that’s simply not good enough for a team of their size and stature, they’re actually just six points off Chelsea in third.

As for Ipswich, the Tractor Boys have some momentum – having drawn with United just two weeks after a 2-1 win away at Tottenham.
Whether they can continue their good form against Nottingham Forest on Saturday remains to be seen.
