Masses of Primark shoppers have ‘fallen in love’ with the store’s latest little black dress, with some describing it as ‘flattering’ and ‘perfect’. Others have been left so impressed they argue the party dress is the ‘best thing on sale right now’.

The dress getting plenty of attention is Primark’sCorset Tie-Back Mini Dress, which is part of Rita Ora’s latest collection. For £20, shoppers can enjoy a corseted mini dress with a flattering square neckline and bow-back detail.

Sizes start from a six and go up to a size 20. The dress is available in stores and online via Primark’s click and collect service.

For anyone with a Christmas party coming up, this frock might be the perfect choice. Its corseted silhouette leans into a current trend that’s beloved for its ability to flatter your figure, while its square neckline and thick shoulder straps make it comfortable to wear.

The corset-style bodice offers a V-shaped waistline, emphasising your curves, before fanning out into a voluminous, pleated mini skirt. The back of the dress is adorned with a self-tie black bow, creating a elegant finish.

On TikTok, one shopper called Olivia uploaded a video of her trying the dress on. In the caption, she wrote: “Completely in LOVE with this dress.” In the video, she adds: “Primark has released the dress of the season.”

In a separate clip, fashion blogger Rachel Quogan said: “The viral @Primark bow dress, we are obsessed, wow.” Elsewhere, Hayley Rubery admitted she ‘ran’ to Primark to get the ‘party dress of the season’.

In her video, she said: “More proof that you don’t have to spend a tonne to get a dress that looks luxe! I’m utterly obsessed with it! As a bigger busted girl I was worried I wouldn’t be able to wear it (with the low back it’s not bra friendly) but the straps/shape give enough support to go bra less – YAY! Can’t get enough of the bow/silhouette.”

Chay also described the dress as ‘flattering’ and ‘perfect’ in a video from her latest Primark shopping trip where she tries on the dress in the changing rooms. “This dress is so flattering and pairs really well with a lace mesh underlayer,” she said.

Another customer who goes by the username Edeebeau added: “This viral Primark bow little black dress is definitely giving expensive vibes.” Others have said the party dress is ‘giving House of CB vibes’.

The high-end fashion brand is selling a similar dress. But, it’ll cost you £169 more than Primark’s Rita Ora £20 version.
