Viral sensation Spudman has created a jacket potato worth more than £50 thanks to lobster, caviar, truffles and gold leaf.
The humble jacket potato has been named the most-loved winter food by 70% of people, prompting Mecca Bingo to team up with Spudman, to unveil the ‘Jackpot Jack Pot’. Spudman – who has over 5.3 million social media followers has created a dish worth over £50, but being given away for free.
It features a saffron butter infused lobster tail, topped with caviar, truffle shavings and shredded Gruyère cheese, crowned with edible gold leaf. As well as black truffle butter there is a blend of fresh herbs — chives, chervil and tarragon.
Spudman is hitting the road with his trailer to tour select Mecca Bingo venues across the UK. A limited number of ‘Jackpot Jack Pots’ will be given away free.
Spudman’s first stop is Mecca Bingo Hull. Next up, he’s rolling to Mecca Bingo Stevenage, before venturing to Mecca Bingo Blackpool, with more stops on the cards.
