England legend Terry Butcher is predicting more misery for West Ham this weekend.

The retired Three Lions defender thinks Sean Dyche’s Everton will go to the London Stadium and grab a win.

If they do it would pile the pressure on new manager Julen Lopetegui who has endured a very difficult start to life with the London club.

Reports yesterday claimed that West Ham will review Lopetegui’s position if they lose at home to Everton on Saturday. Although the hope is that the manager will turn the situation around, he is under increasing pressure after a poor start and another setback would leave him hanging by a thread.

Butcher is tipping Everton as part of his weekly predictions for GB News, and this weekend sees a bumper set of fixtures.

Elsewhere Butcher, now a leading after dinner speaker, is predicting Manchester City to overturn their recent poor form by winning at Brighton.

He’s also backing Liverpool to continue their brilliant run of performances by winning against Aston Villa at Anfield in the Saturday night match.

He’s also tipping Crystal Palace, Wolves, Manchester United, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham to grab victories.

The standout match of the weekend could unfold on Sunday when Chelsea play Arsenal.

Some experts have predicted that defeat for the Gunners could end their title challenge.

Butcher doesn’t think Arsenal will win, but he doesn’t think they’ll lose either. He’s opting for a 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge. He also thinks Brentford vs Bournemouth will also end in a stalemate.
