World Wrestling Entertainment is returning to the Rogers Centre for the first time since the iconic WrestleMania 18 in 2002.

The company announced on Friday morning that it will be hosting it’s Elimination Chamber premium live event at Rogers Centre on March 1, 2025, a little more than a month ahead of WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

This marks the second consecutive year that the Elimination Chamber event will be held in an international stadium following this year’s record-setting event at Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia.

It will also mark the second time in two years the event will have been hosted in Canada, with Montreal having hosted it in 2023.

Rogers Centre, formerly SkyDome, hosted WrestleMania 18 in 2002, which featured The Rock taking on Hulk Hogan, among other iconic matches.

It also famously hosted WrestleMania VI on April 1, 1990, the first time the event was held outside of the United States. That show featured the legendary match between Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior.

Toronto earlier this year hosted Money In The Bank, which featured the surprise return of WWE legend John Cena, who announced he will be returning in 2025 for a retirement run. July’s event in Toronto also became the highest-grossing WWE arena event in Canada in company history.

Elimination Chamber Priority Passes are now available from On Location giving fans the chance to be ringside for every exhilarating moment including premium seating pre-show hospitality with WWE Superstar appearances ringside photo opportunities and more.
