Police are appealing for the public’s help in locating a man who may have vital information on a serious crash, which left a boy fighting for his life.
Around 8.30am on Monday, November 4, a 17-year-old boy was cycling in Banbury Road in Oxford where he was involved in a crash with a motorcycle. The motorcyclist fled the scene, police have said.
The teenage cyclist sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash. He is currently in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police are now seeking 29-year-old Nazim Kacem as they believe he may have vital information. It is thought that Nazim is from the Oxford area, but that he frequents Bristol and Crouch Hill in London.
