Elon Musk’s daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson has claimed she’s “leaving” the USA following Donald Trump’s election win.
The 20-year-old is estranged from her billionaire father, who heavily endorsed Trump during the run-up to the election, and has hit out against the 78-year-old’s supporters.
The transgender woman doesn’t speak to her father, who once said she had been “killed by the woke mind virus.”
She explained that while Trump’s presidency will only last four years, his voters will remain.
The Telsa CEO backed multiple campaign events, donating more than $100 million to a Trump-supporting committee.
Vivian has in the past accused her dad of not supporting her transition, with Musk stating earlier this year in an X video: “I love my son, essentially”.
Taking to Threads, she reflected on her future in America, admitting she “doesn’t see” herself continuing to live in the States.
“I’ve thought this for a while, but yesterday confirmed it for me, “she penned, adding: “I don’t see my future being in the United States.
“Even if he’s only in office for four years, even if the anti-trans regulations magically don’t happen, the people who willingly voted this in are not going anywhere anytime soon.”
Musk welcomed Vivian with his first wife, Justine Wilson, in 2004. She was born a male named Xavier, but filed court documents in 2022 seeking to legally change her gender.
At the same time, she requested to change her name, stating during the process: “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”
Musk once claimed he had been “tricked” into allowing Vivian to go on puberty blockers.
Musk also posted a Tweet stating Vivian had been born “gay and slightly autistic”.
Responding, she argued her father hadn’t been around during her childhood and had harassed her for her “femininity and queerness.”
She hit back: “He doesn’t know what I was like as a child because he quite simply wasn’t there.
“And in the little time that he was I was relentlessly harassed for my femininity and queerness.

“I’ve been reduced to a happy little stereotype. I think that says a lot about how he views queer people and children in general.”
Meanwhile, former US president Joe Biden has broken his silence on the election result after Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris.
The 81-year-old aid the election result was a “set back”, but pledged to ensure a peaceful handover of power.
“We accept the choice the country made,” he said.
