The award for Residential Development of the Year, a category sponsored by Progressive Building Society, went to Alskea Ltd for their development of Oakfield Park in Jordanstown.
The 2024 Belfast Telegraph Property Awards were a significant success for Alskea, and they also took home the Developer of the Year award.
Established in 2006, Alskea is a multi-award-winning developer headquartered on the outskirts of Dungannon, with a particular focus on residential projects.
Oakfield Park consists of family homes available in three, four, and five-bedroom layouts, set among extensive open green spaces and providing homes for 80 families.
Each home is completed to Alskea’s signature standard, which emphasises a tailored approach for each buyer and meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.
“This ensures that the Oakfield Park experience is unique for every family who has made their home here,” the developer says.
Oakfield Park is set in a secluded position off Jordanstown Road.
Project manager Conor Maguire said that although he was “delighted to win the award”, the company had held “high hopes, as it is an absolutely fantastic development”.
“Our work on Oakfield Park stands out due to the exceptional quality and finish of the project, so we had hoped to be recognised for that.
“We are delighted to accept this award, and it is a testament to our work.”
The project manager added: “The best part of working at Alskea is the job satisfaction that comes from seeing people get their new homes every day, especially at the high standard we consistently achieve.
“We regularly receive excellent feedback from satisfied customers, and that is what makes the job worthwhile.”
The company’s other developments include Ben Eadan Wood in north Belfast, Cromlyn Wood in Hillsborough, Demesne Mews in Holywood and Ferny Park Gardens in Donaghmore.
The judges also highly commended Lotus Homes for their Edenbrook development, located in Banbridge.
