Music fans may want to pay attention as this to headphone deal: Anker’s Q30 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones are now available on Amazon for almost half-price.
The Chinese company have created a powerful set of wireless, over-ear headphones with “multiple modes, hi-res sound and custom EQ” that have been lauded by Amazon customers over the past few months. With more than 73,000 positive ratings on Amazon, it has become one of the best-selling
Now, the £79.99 headphones have had their price slashed by 41 percent to just £47.39. According to the price-tracking app Honey, this is the cheapest the product has been for over 30 days.

Don’t take our word for it though, the product page on Amazon has almost countless positive reviews, boasting a 4.5 out of 73,746 ratings. First up comes from Jojo, who praised the incredible battery life for the wireless headphones.
They wrote: “Great to travel with, comes with case, great sound and base, but the best feature with the product is the NC and ambient mode, where you don’t have to take off your headset to talk to others, it also has a great battery life for long flights and journey, did not have to charge once when travelling by plane for a 20-hour trip, from EU to Asia for a holiday, great value too and build quality.” (sic)
Simon H concurred, saying: ” These are shockingly well made and do not feel cheap at all for the price. The headset is comfy, cups fit over ears without crushing them, material keeps the sweat at bay. Very good (like a more expensive make like Bose etc).” (sic)
Not every review is positive, however. Amazon customer Anthony Farrell wrote: “A few annoying quirks and design faults that bring down an otherwise ok pair of headphones into the realm of bad. Probably fine for most people, but expensive for what they are.” (sic)
FrnChn added: “I’m a fan of Anker and had high hopes for these headphones, especially for the mic the ability to use them on calls. The voice comes across incredibly muffled and the microphone picks up a lot of background noises too, so definitely very disappointed on this. In terms of audio, they’re ok, for the price. Noise cancelling is not bad but far from good.” (sic)
If these reviews put you off, there are plenty of other options available from other retailers right now. First up is the Sony WH-CH520 Bluetooth Wireless On-Ear Headphones from John Lewis. These highly-rated headphones are coming in at just £37.49.
Otherwise, Currys has JBL’s Wireless Bluetooth Headphones available right now for just £49.99. You can buy them here.
